Motherboard not detecting graphics card

Everything was working fine till last night, today morning i was getting no display. The PSU is 650 watt cooler master.The gpu is working on another machine.On my motherboard the gpu fan works and is also getting heated alright but no display.Also tried another graphics card neither was that working on my motherboard

Motherboard is Asus m5a78l-m
Gpu is nvidia gtx 550 ti zotac
And Psu is Cooler Master GX 650W Bronze

Have you established that the monitor works on another PC?

Are you getting a POST on startup? or hearing anything abnormal on current boots? If you have any error codes on your motherboard please list them.

i dont think its a monitor issue.The monitor works fine when connected to the motherboard directly
Also no codes or errors during startup

Have you done a Bios flash recently? I've heard errors similar to that as a result. Check the display adapter.
