I was building my custom water loop today and there was a leak. Some of it leaked onto my graphics card when i was bleeding the loop( components were not on except for pump, also had paper towels covering it but some of the water touched graphics card of a massive leak). Now for some reasons my computer doesnt turn on. I am pretty sure no water touched my motherboard but when i looked inside the 24 pin motherboard power cable , there was some water. I used hair drier to dry it all off but it still doesnt work. Please help.

There's not much help we can give you. Water and electronics don't mix well. Leave everything unplugged and powered off for 48 hours in a well-ventilated, low-humidity area. Preferably with no airflow obstructions (maybe even take everything out of the case). THen see if things work. If not, you're looking at an expensive pile of recyclable material.

As to what works and what don't - I can't even begin to tell you. You may want to buy a PSU tester (about $25) to see if the PSU works. Then go from there. See if the mobo lights up. See if the processor will activate. See if the GPU will spin up or if you can get video from the CPU IGP.

Also under testing remove every component and leave only what is required for UEFI (BIOS) boot. If your MB allows it, connect your monitor to the HDMI, DVI or VGA port directly on your MB and boot without the gfx card as well. No hdd and only 1 RAM stick. If that works then add one component at a time until you find the flaw. A PSU tester is not a bad idea either.
