The Dell U3415W is soon to be released, then you can have the pixel density of a 27 inch 2560x1440 monitor but ultra-wide and curved.
Be aware that these ultra-wide monitors and most 2560x1440 monitors have IPS panels.
These have great colour and viewing angles, but they glow in a way that TN panels do not.
This is noticeable in dark areas of a game or when viewing a very dark image.
The best TN panel gaming monitor is the Asus ROG PG278Q.
