I was building my custom water loop today and there was a leak. Some of it leaked onto my graphics card when i was bleeding the loop( components were not on except for pump, also had paper towels covering it but some of the water touched graphics card of a massive leak). Now for some reasons my computer doesnt turn on. I am pretty sure no water touched my motherboard but when i looked inside the 24 pin motherboard power cable , there was some water. I used hair drier to dry it all off but it still doesnt work. Please help.

You should have let it dry for a few days so that it definitely didn't have any water in it. There could be some in the pci slot but if you turned it on with water in the 24 pin its probably cooked

It could be, take it apart fully and let it dry for a few days, then try again.

How do i dry it though all the blocks are on and they are all connected. Do u mean take the motherboard out and dry or do u mean dissamble the whole loop and try? And is there a chance of the components surving if u never power it up but they made contact with some distilled water?
