Solution

Your choice. The 750 is far better then the R7 R240, but the 240 should be about the same as the 630. Make certain, whichever video card you buy, that it does NOT require any supplemental power, that it draws all its power from the PCI-E slot.

im not really sure whats below 750 to be honest, but id imagine anything you buy the price/performance ratio will be bad. also what is the actual wattage of your psu ? 500w like the name suggest ? i couldnt find it.

If you can save up another 2900, then this is the card you want. Low enough power that your PSU should be able to handle it, far better then you 2500 graphics.
And it is at Amazon India.

Since you do have budgetary limits, consider this GT630:
http://www.amazon.in/GALAXY-GeForce-GT630-PCI-E-128Bit/dp/B00AFR1AXE/ref=sr_1_24?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1412132828&sr=1-24
I just put one of these into a friends pc, he games casually and occasionally and had even worse onboard graphics then you, and he saw a 75%-100% improvement in his graphics and video streaming. I would think this would give you a good 25% increase.
Good luck !
