Your PC is still trying to boot from the hard drive. If you are running Factory Recovery from optical discs, you must set the PC to boot from the CD/DVD drive, either in BIOS Setup (set CD/DVD drive as the first boot device), or bring up the Boot Device Menu at boot time and select CD/DVD drive.
