I just had a guy on ebay build me a gaming pc and I have juts received it. He had sent me pics of it booting up and everything. He has been very supportive and sent me money to try to get it fixed so I know its not a scam. At first, the graphics cards fans would not turn on and we got that replaced and that works fine now. Next, we removed the cpu and cooler and found a small bent pin on the cpu and we bent it back. It still displays no picture on my monitor. Just says no signal. I get fan response from everything. I think it is my motherboard. What do you think it is thats the problem? Also my specs are:
AMD FX 8350 4.0 GHZ 8 core CPU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo cooler
8 GB 1866MHz ddr3 RAM
Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
Corsair 750X 80+ bronze PSU
Windows 8.1 64 bit
1080p monitor

Solution
People like this guy who sold you your PC is why people are so leery about buying PCs on ebay. What did you pay for it in total? You should send that hunk of junk back to the guy and make him pay shipping.
If you receive a PC in that condition from someone you bought it from on ebay, dont even try to fix it, return it, get your money back and find a more reputable seller. It should arrive at your doorstep properly packed, including support on the inside and ready to plug in.
