My question. Is there any difference between intel I5-4690 and 4690k?
I mean graphics or something like that.

Nothing, the K moniker refers to the unlocked CPU multiplier that will allow overclocking of the CPU on Z97/Z87 motherbaords.

So when I have Z97 motherboard then I can´t overclock I5 4690?

Correct. You need BOTH, a K-edition CPU and a Z97 chipset motherboard.

But I´m able to overclock with any other motherboards like: B85

No. B85 and H97 are not designed to do this, however, very small amounts of overclocking is possible on these boards.

But they do not improve performance to a significant degree, nor are they very stable and a bad idea in general.

Not really, that motherboard is junk.

Get something like an Asrock Z97 extreme.

That motherboard is a little better at least.

You do not need a 700W power supply. A reliable 550W PSU is MORE than enough.
And the one you chose is not trusted.

Here is a tiered PSU list, stick to tier 1, tier 2a and tier 2b ONLY for a quality PSU.
