Do I need a better PSU

I'm going to be upgrading to a GTX 760 and have a EVGA 500W 80PLUS Certified ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR.

I have 5 12v fans running and a FX-6300 CPU
And also my ARTIC CPU Cooler has a 150W Cooling Capacity, I dont know what that means.

500w should be fine for 760.
your CPU cooler 150w means the max cooling capacity if for CUP tdp of 150w. it doesn't mean is consumes 150w itself.

The PSU is fine for the system, CPU cooler's 150W capacity means it can dissisipate upto 150W of Heat, since W is also the unit for heat transfer (Joules/sec).
