Shadow of mordor came out today and before I get it I want to know if I can run it with smooth fps

CPU x4 750k 3.4ghz I oc it to 4.0ghz
RAM 8gb crucial 1600mhz
HDD 1tb
I just want low to med settings with smooth fps :]
