http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Dual-X-Radeon-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B00FL8H57W/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1412092915&sr=8-2&keywords=hd+280x Sapphire 280x OC that is just over your budget. Worth it though IMO ;)

If it HAS to be MSI then this one would be good: http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-R9-280-Gaming-Graphics/dp/B00IYD0K9Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412093247&sr=8-1&keywords=msi+280

Personally for the difference in price I would spend the tiny bit extra and get the 280x from Sapphire. They make very reliable cards, maybe the best overall for AMD cards. :)
