I use a Wimax USB Modem to connect to internet through PC. How can I share it to other android based mobiles, tablets? I've purchase a 3g/4G TP link wirless n router. What else do i need. Will I be needing a Wifi adapter? Will that work to share the PC internet. Can anybody pls help me out?

If your PC is running Windows, you can use "Internet Connection Sharing" to share your Internet connection over Ethernet (in that case you will need a WiFi router connected to your PC' ethernet port). If you want to use WiFi adapter on that PC, you will need another configuration step to create WiFi spot (and I am not sure how this works with ICS).

What is the model of the wireless router, it might even support your USB modem nativly and you wont need the modem to connect to the computer.

If the router does not support it,then you do as suggested and have modem via usb to computer, configure ICS to bridge connection to ethernet, and connect router form pc ethernet port to router.
Will you need your PC to be able to access files/printes connected to the router??

My model of TP link Router is MR3420 3G/4G router. The USB wimax modem that I use doesn't support to be used directly in the router because it is not plug n play. The modem requires to insert User id and password to be connected to the internet. Do I need to put any fixed IP for the router to be able to share the internet of PC to other android devices?

Is bridging is must for it?
