Hi guys i have an MSI GE60 2OE and I want to add more RAM to it. Can someone recommend me a good hardware store near of Hialeah(MIAMI) to buy it ? Right now i have 4GB in just one module, i've been thinking about selling the current module and buy another single module of 8GB. What do you think about this, also can you recommend me a good brand of RAM manfacturer or an specific model (remember that i'm going to buy RAM for a LAPTOP)...? please, leave some links in the comments. thanks a lot

For best performance, you should get rid of your current ram, and install a 2x 4gb dual channel kit. If you just add another 4gb stick, it might not be able to run in dual channel, and will hurt your performance potential. The same goes, if you install a single 8gb module, it will obviously run in single channel.
As I said, the best is to get rid of your current ram, and install a dual channel kit. If you want to keep your current ram, just add another similar stick, and it might run in dual channel. Don't put in a single 8gb module, always prefer to "spread" your memory over multiple sticks!
