So I want to know what you think about it? Is something need to change and is the 350w PSU will make it run good?

Change the RAM to one have CAS Latency of 9 with this speed.

350W PSU won't work. You would need minimum 550W with 40+Amps on its +12V rail/ouput.

What about HDD? 250GB will be filled very soon.
