Hi, I currentlly have about $400 im looking to blow on my gamig rig. I'm thinking of upgrading my gpu for an extra performance boost in some upcoming games.

Will my AMD FX 6350 @4.4 ghz OC
have any noticeable bottleneck with the GTX 970? My other option was to buy a new mobo and an i5 4690k with the 400$ and keep using my gtx 770. Suggestions are welcome thanks!

You are fine. The overclocked FX 6350 will be a nice pair with the GTX 970. The gains on switching to an Intel build (i5 4690k) just don't justify the costs... If you were not overclocking this would be a different story as the AMD setup would lag behind in intense processing scenarios.
