Best PSU (2x Xeon, 2 way SLI)

I'm searching for the best about 1200W power supply (2x Xeon v3, 2x 980, 8 drives, 8 sticks of ram, few fans, overclocking, expandability).

I came with a list of top brands:

Corsair AXi
Antec High Current Pro/Platinium
CoolerMaster V Series
EVGA G2
Kingwin Lazer
PC Power & Cooling Silencer
Seasonic
XFX Black, XXX series

From this i've chose Corsair AX1200i but strongly consider EVGA or Seasonic psus..

What are Your advices?

It doesn't get better than Corsair's AXi. I have one on the way myself.

The EVGA G2 is quite a bit louder, keep that in mind.

EVGA G2 is better than a Flextronic 1200i.
