Ok, so my case says i can only hold a 263mm graphics card, but i need 311 mm for the gigabyte WF 970. I measured from the back of my 650 to the hdd bays and there is 12.5 inches of space?
will the distance from the PCI to the inputs still be the same to reach the back?

Well that is 317mm, as long as you are measuring from the I/O shield of your existing video card to the maximum distance until you hit something then it should fit. Power connectors are on the side, so you should be fine there.

Looks like a fairly good size case on the inside. All the way to the drive cages should allow for most video cards.

Thermaltake doesn't list that dimension for some reason. Measuring by hand is the simplest method.
