I forgot to mention that I will need it more for work than games . Work like 3d rendering, modeling, photoshop etc. Will handle these good ?
The ram wouldn't it be better to be 16 g? And is it possible to use a bigger case ?

thanks for the quick reply!

edit: I dont have a problem of raising the budget a little bit.

Sure! These were just suggestions to keep it under $1200. The 970 should fly through pretty much everything, and the 4790K is a beast as well. If you want Xeon and Quadro, be prepared to spend over $2000. For what you're saying, these parts should handle pretty much everything with ease. 16 GB of RAM wouldn't hurt either it will just add another $80 to the price.

Nice, I like that. One last question, should I add fans to this build? or it will manage?
In case of overclocking I mean.

More fans are never a bad idea, but the case will probably do just fine with the ventilation and fans built in.

I know I am getting annoying but I have to ask some more :)  It is the first time I try to build a PC.

Can you tell me the difference between the Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX and the normal ATX?
except the size and that it needs a bigger case.

The Normal ATX board is going to have more PCIe and PCI slots vs the Micro ATX and may have more fan hookups. Besides that, not much. It will have no impact on performance.
