I recently re-installed windows 7 and ever since then, Microsoft Outlook has not been able to connect to my work email.

Well, that's not entirely true. It connected the first time after I installed Office, though the Microsoft Outlook Credentials password popup prompted me for my password three times in a row.

However, ever since then I have been unable to connect to my email account in Outlook (my company's Outlook webapp is still working fine). I deleted the Outlook profile and tried recreating it, but I keep getting that credentials popup and Outlook says something about not being able to establish a connection to my email. I tried putting in the settings manually and testing it, and I get the same result that it is unable to connect.

Does anyone know what the issue is here? I was able to connect just fine before I re-installed Windows, and it did work that first time (though I had NEVER seen that Microsoft Outlook credentials popup until re-installing Windows).

Nobody else has every had this problem? Can someone at least point me to some forum where a person might be able to provide me with advice? I need to be able to access my work email from home.
