My PC won't boot up after adding new RAMs

My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P, with PATRIOT 4096Mb DDR3 1333Mhz Viper II KIT memory. I had this configuration for years, and I wanted to upgrade it, so I bought this: Kingmax 4GB/1333MHz DDR-3 (Kit 2 x 2GB). When I installed the new sticks in, the computer wouldn't boot up. The fans and everything was spinning up, except the monitor. Just blank, like nothing was even turned on.

I was pretty nervous to begin with, so I quickly took out the new rams, and the computer started just fine with the old configuration. I rushed the purchase a little bit, I didn't look around properly, and now I see, that the voltages are different. Could this be the problem? What can I do?

Guessing 1 set is 1.65, can set the DRAM voltage manually to 1.65 and will prob need to raise the CPU/NB voltage to about 1.15 and think they will prob run fine..........or could exchange the new sticks for a set w/ matching voltage and try (will prob still need to raise the CPU/NB as indicated above - or, simply get a 2x4GB set and you'll have the 8GB, then could try adding the old for a bonus, or put it in another rig, or sell it off

Yea I agree with you guys, mixing ram is usually met with failure, and on top of that the differentiating voltages, go into BIOS before hitting the boot screen and try and manually adjust the ram to fit the other, if you cant get to BIOS, see if there's a program online which allows you to do it. Also you may have bought faulty sticks, but that would be rare for a 2X2 kit.
