Help !!!ATI radeon hd 5770 video/audio lag issue.

Hi everyone!! I'm having a problem with my ati radeon hd 5700series.The problem start when I open my pc to clean it up ,and removed the ram and the graphic card to clean it more easy.But when I put it beack and start to play (darksider 2)at first min.it play with40-50fps then the fps drop down to 10-15 and it lags. the audio too.I try with other game like CoDMW3 ,formula 1 2013 ,World in conflict and many other.before this I play it all without problem and smoothly.I update it with the latest driver cat.14.4 but nothing changes.Please someone help

Re-seat the card. Make sure the power cable is in

it might be overheating and throttling. Did you remove the heatsink from the gpu when cleaning it?

Kari I didn't removed the heatsink nor the cable ,I removed only from the motherboard

Thanx for answering ,I tried and I heard a "click" I thought that was
a good sign,but is the same nothing happen.any other idea???

Kari I didn't removed the heatsink nor the cable ,I removed only from the motherboard

ok, so the heatsink should still have good contact with the chip. What sort of cooler it actually is? Can you see the fins and there's no dust in them blocking airflow? Is the fan spinning properly?

Anyways download for example GPU-Z to monitor the temps (and clock rates), just to make sure it really is high temps causing the lagging.

the gpu temp.is 41.0 C in normal mode ,I think maybe it overheat when I'm playing ...I dont know .anyways the fins are working fine and I dont have any other sort of cooler exept for heatsink atached to the gpu.
