I'll be mainly playing games with either one of those settings:

4gb ram, i5-4440 and a GTX650 2gb ddr5

6gb ram, i3-4130 and a GTX650 2gb ddr5

Is this mobo enough? I'm afraid of over heating (i wont have a cooler) and some support failures, and I'm no expert :/  (not looking into overclocking at all)

More about : h81 mobo

Well yes, but for gaming performance, I would recommend at least a H87 board.

And I'm hoping by "I won't have a cooler" you mean you will use stock cooler right?! :D

What do you mean stock cooler, I think the case comes with a fan (not sure tho) and the GPU has a cooling system on its own. idk about the cpu but i asked here before and they said that it wasnt really necessary to have a cooler, but that i'd really benefit from one later on (im planing on buying a water cooling system later)

Also I forgot to say the model, its an asus H81M-K

Well its the basics of pc building to have some kind of cpu cooler. You will fry your cpu within 4-5 minutes if you dont. you may not even be able to POST without a cooler.

By stock I mean the intel branded one that comes in the box with the CPU.
