If the computer is a laptop or OEM desktop (DELL, HP, etc) you will need to go to that OEMs website (www.dell.com for a dell computer), go to support, find your computer and then download the driver.

If the computer is a custom computer then you need to get the brand and model of your motherboard, then you can go to the brand's website and download the driver for your board.

If you have a seperate (as in removable) etherent card that plugs into one of the pci slots on the motherboard then you will need to go to the card makers website instead of the motherboard brands website.
