@accesgranted1 Download HijackThis (http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/), copy it to the desktop and restart your PC. When it is on again, login the system and do not open anything; go right ahead to HijackThis: right-click on item and execute as admnistrator. Choose the option: Scan the system & save log. Send us the log so we can check if something (software) changed.

You muppet.. well if it not doing what you want it to be doing.. check its not doing anything else.. check task manager and se what is running and using the computer resources..
You should be able to identify anything amiss and fix it.
Cheers

I
I tried it was the first thing i did all is normal ... i dont to do a vlean install again just because i visited the wrong site . Any other suggestions ?

Yes.. be logical... you saying all is normal.. but your machine is really slow... does that sound logical?
Clearly something has changed.. so be logical..
Is your machine overheating so CPU is going slow?
Your hard drive filling up? or going bad?
You got a rogue process. eating CPU cycles?
You tries running in safe mode.. see if it better?

Could be lots of things.. but since you did what you did and it gone slow after that.. I would think you have not been thorough in your "I checked malware" or check of running processes..

Be logical and thorough and sure you can get it sorted.
Good luck.
Cheers
