I used to have Linux on my chrome but now i cant access it. I attempted to re install it but to do that I have to turn on developer mode yet my device admin has prevented that. Is their a way to get linuk up in running on my Chromebook without dev mode

No, the Chromebook has to be in developer mode for crouton or dual boot/native Linux to work.

you wouldn't happen to know how to get passed this restriction of developer mode. It says my chrome is enrolled in enterprise management and that the admin of that has disabled it

@Spartan - if your Chromebook is in enterprise management, and is locked, then your admin is doing his/her job. If you want Linux laptop - go out and buy one, or repurpose an old one.

Depending on Chromebook model you can open the thing up, disable write protect screw and directly flash coreboot firmware then install 3rd party Linux or new chromeos. This is not safe and you can potentially brick your Chromebook if you don't know what your doing.

It would be best if you just ask your IT/admin for permission to use developer mode.
