Would this gaming rig run well together (any bottlenecks?)
Will it run BF4 and how many fps

Power Supply : 500 Watt With Power Cable Supplied
Motherboard : Gigabyte H81M-H
CPU : Intel I3 4th Gen 4150 Dual Core 3.5Ghz CPU
Hard Drive : 1tb Sata Hard Drive
Memory : 8gb DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance Memory
Graphics Card : Geforce GTX 750 TI 2gb

Yes this rig is all good no compatibility issues and no chance of any bottleneck though i would recommend 2x4 gb of ram as dual channel is faster than single.

do you no how much fps ill get with bf4 (average)
and is there any major difference between i3 4150 (3.5ghz) and i3 4130 (3.4ghz)

There is no major difference between the processors and if you play Bf4 at ultra settings with gtx 750 ti then you will get around the following FPS.
