I am on a tight budget for a new graphics card and I saw the PowerColor R9 270X "DEVIL" on sale for $169.99. Is this a good deal? If so, how good is the Powercolor line of GPUs and does anyone here have this exact model so I can have an idea on how good the cooler is and how it performs.
