What do u mean old driver? The gt120 or the driver from the cd that came with the gtx750 ti?

This is completely newly build rig after installing the graphics card i updated the driver as well. Im just comparing it to the old pc that dies on me and this one is the replacement of that. On that old pc with gt120 i can tell it's outputting much clear video than this new rig. So im wondering what im not doing right.

The drivers on the disk aren't the newest , you should head to Nvidia's website and download the latest drivers for your card.

Afterwards check your resolution settings and in some cases the HDMI you're using sometimes wear out with time.
