Asus x99 Delux only showing 3 cores

It has been working fine until the recent BIOS update now it is only showing 3 cores and 3 threats for 6 total. It has an 5930k in it so it should be showing 6 and 12. If there something I need to change in the settings after the bios update?

happened to me as well. same board, same BIOS.

go into the BIOS and load "optimized defaults." then enable things that you actually need, such as RAID and XMP. that should do it
