cooling for the10-7850k actual tempatures ?

Hi, I was wondering if these temps sound correct on idle the motherboard displays 50-60C idk how.
When I use amd overdrive it says 50-60C on idle but when I use prime 95. I drops to 25-30C on full load. and the air coming out of my case ( NZXT H440) is 20-30C air it never gets hotter or colder. its always the same air temp at lease to my skin.

This is why it is so confusing to figure out what my actual temps are.what program should I use or methods. (This is my Dads computer I built him) (My main rig is a fx-8350 with r9-2280x)

50~60C at idle load is not correct.

Use MSI afterburner and run a benchmark to determine your CPU load.
If you don`t know how to use the MSI Afterburner just search it in youtube for guides.

I have started prime 95 with msi afterburner I have tested it still didn't seem realistic it went from 8C on idle to 40C on the gpu should be the same temp as the cpu given there on the same die. Still no difference in air temp at least to my skin.

I can tell the difference on my main rig though. just not on the H440 its always 20-30C feeling. I just think that's odd even though I know u cant go by air temps.

looks like its maxing the gpu temp at 45C more than acceptable (72C is maximum without throttling) and the cpu is 24.5C unrealistic, but the gpu temp is the same on amd oiverdrive as msi afterburner. So the gpu temp should also be the cpu temp correct ?

To the back of my hand the temps feel like 35C but it looks like its running at 45 max on prime95 I cannot find a program that will accurately read the cpu tempos but the gpu temps of 45C on prime according to msi and overdrive. Should be the cpu temp since they are on the same die.

yes the gpu temp is exactly the same as the cpu temp so I recommend if someone is trying to get a good cpu temp use the gpu temp in almost any program the gpu temp is correct, just make sure its only an APU obviously.
