I have an Acer Windows 8 laptop and for a couple of weeks, everytime I turn it on, it'll say "Preparing Automatic Repair" then "Diagnosing problem" and then "This will take half an hour to complete."
And to make matters worse, my keyboard doesn't work.
Can someone help me please or do I need to take it into a computer shop.
