Can my computer dual graphics?

I just went into my BIOS and changed the Integrated Graphics of my A4 5300 CPU to dual with my ASUS 7770 2gb. Can someone tell me if it will actually work? When I restarted my computer it automatically downloaded a PCI Port and a Video Controller (VGA Compatible).

If they both show up in the device manager under display adapters then I suppose it's working. Run benchmarks with it activated and then without it activated to see if there's a massive improvement or in other words to see if it's doing anything
