R9 290 crash

I have an r9 290. It was fine for the first few months, and then started to crash. At least, I think that it's the reason I'm crashing. Here's a dump file, tell me what you think of it. My specs:
i5 4670k @stock
msi h81m-e33
8gb ddr3 1600 ram
r9 290 windforce OC edition
corsair cx600m

sorry for rushed thread, but I've crashed twice in as many minutes, so I gotta be quick.

Crashed again, didn't turn off my PC, just switch the monitor over to the output on the mobo, so it should be using the i-graphics now. fans on the card ramped up to max when it crashed, still sitting there. Card is certainly not overheating, I can feel it.
