The case is 7.8" wide. The cooler is 6.25" tall. If you already have the case, measure from the CPU to the side panel. If you don't have the case, I would think it would be very close. It will depend on how far off the back panel the MB tray is mounted.

If clucthc's figures are correct it will fit
Even cases with excellent cable management space behind the mb only have about an inch of clearance .
That leaves about half an inch of clearance
