Hello everyone I am making this because I built my pc and I keep getting bad fps while playing the games I like. I mostly play CS:GO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive) but now I hardly do since I get either 100 constant or below. I really want to know what is going on with my computer!

Processor: Intel Core i7-4770k 3.50GHz
MotherBoard: MSI MPower
Power Supply: 700 Watt ThermalTake
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16 Gigs (2x8)
Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 760
