Changing the case wont lower noise levels, it simply hold the components.
What are your full specs? Its likely a GPU or CPU cooler making noise.

The case is heavy because its well built, if you go lighter you will encounter lower quality cases.

quiet ususally means that it will have thicker walls and fewer places to connect fans.

If you cpu fan is loud then you have to get a different CPU cooler. if your case fans are loud then you need to buy the largest fans that fit in your case. big fans move more air with less noise since the rotational speed is less
