Changing cpu best cpu compatible for my motherboard?

Hello, I would like to know the best possible cpu thats compatible with my motherboard.

Specs:

Motherboard ID/Number: 084J0R (DELL)

CPU: i3 3240

GPU: Geforce GTX 750 ti superclocked

BUDGET: $400-350 ish dollars

I would like a cpu that would go great but not overboard with my GPU and will still compatible with my Motherboard. Thanks

Also, to avoid confusion, I'm willing to upgrade my CPU mainly for gaming.

For socket (7 series), i7-3770K.
And I need the full computer model.
How did you get a GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked? Do you mean 650 Ti? As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't exist.

Oh, duh, EVGA ACR Superclock...
The computer model, I meant Dell Inspiron 660 or similar.

I suppose it's compatible with i5-3330, then. That's the only i5 Dell Inspiron 660 that popped right up in a CPU search.
