This is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JTmh23

I have 3 200mm LED fans that have 2 cords each. One is the 3 pin connector for the fan power. The other cord has a switch on it to turn the LEDs on that fan on and off.

The second cord that has the switch on it also has a 2 pin connector as you can see in this picture: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B92mAaxj3KLeT0lhYXJicU...

QUESTION: Where do I plug the 2 pin connector into?

By answering you are really helping me a lot.

From what I can see, the 2 pin plugs into the button that came with the fan.

Well, have you tried the fan and button without the 2 pin plugged in? If not, I'm not sure what it could be to, possibly daisy chaining more than 1 fan to one button? That is the only thing I can see it being for. Probably makes sense to only have 1 led button, so I would bet thats what the 2 pin is for.
