It checks out on my list, but! I don't see a hdd? Also the i5 4690k and z97 are the new top dogs, so if you can get those do so!

You need to change the memory to 2x sticks to get dual channel memory. You are going to need a cpu heatsink too. I highly recommend the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO. Cheap and cheerful.
