Hello, I wrote this this post before but I lacked a lot of information so I'm hoping you folks can help me. I noticed in my games I was getting a lot of FPS "jitters" where the game I was playing would always be choppy even if the FPS counter said 60. I then reformatted my hard drive to see if it would fix it and the problem still persists. I believe I re-downloaded the correct drivers as well. Drivers say 7900 Series

Even when I'm playing Hearthstone the game is slow and choppy even though it is a un-intensive game. When I play a game I normally only have the game open so I truly have no idea what's wrong unless I'm being dramatic.

This hasn't been a problem till recently, 2-3 weeks.
Any help is appreciated I tried to be as detailed as I could.

this could certainly be a heating problem .. go to a i.t technician and ask if the could clear out the heatsink inside the graphics card and reapply some thermal paste to gpu .. before you do so though download a program called gpu z and then tell me what are the temperature readings you are getting from the graphics card.
