My Win7 installation has been doing a lot of strange things lately.
Its been a long time since the last time I rebuilt it.
I am thinking that it's about time to do so again.
Plus, I will be making some major hardware changes also.

In preparation, I started the decryption of my one Bitlocker encrypted drive.
I did not want to take any chance of losing the drive's contents due to a new OS installation.

I began the decryption process almost 18 hours ago.
The only indication that it is happening is:

The control Panel says the drive is decrypting, and Computer shows a red drive contents.

How can I monitor the stage of completion for the decryption, percentage, or whatever?
I'm getting a bit paranoid that there might be a power outage or other disruption that will cause everything to be lost.

OK, decryption of the drive has finished.
It took almost 30 hours.
All seems to be well.

But, I still have the question:
How can one monitor the progress of the drive's decryption while it is being decrypted?
