Hi. I have the MSI 780 ti gaming and I want to order a second 780 ti for SLI to play on 1440p. Which one do you think I should get? Here are some of my options...

1. Same MSI card as mine. $479.00 +30 rebate card.
2. EVGA Classy 780 ti. $650 but 15% off with promo code so comes out to $550.
3. Some other EVGA classy 780 ti that looks like it has reference core/boost clock lol. This a mistake?
4. some other random cards from gigabyte/zotac/pny/asus.

Here's all of them on Newegg

If I were you I'd get the same exact card that I already own to avoid any issues also check that your Mobo supports SLI as some of them might have multiple PCIe slots but not running at x8 as I believe you can only SLI in PCIex8 and 16 , not less.

Thanks for the reply. Yea I'm thinking to get teh same one I already have as well. I like how the the classified looks but meh it's more expensive and different card/different RMA if something goes wrong. I have the MSI G45 Z87 so I'm good to go for SLI.

Only now I'm looking at this that just popped up on Newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... looool. Two of those for nearly $1200 hmmm...

The 780ti still packs a punch and in higher resolutions the extra bandwidth will come in handy.

Yea I'll just order a second 780 ti. That will be under $500. If I were to get two of those 980s it would be $1200 for the same performance.
