Ah, yes. If you manage to reach 144 Fps on a 144Hz monitor it will be super smooth.
Like really.. I went from 60 to 144 and it was a huge difference.

League Of Legends is not a demanding game in any way.
I would either get a GTX 750 Ti or a GTX 760 or even a GTX 970 (If you want to play more games in the future with higher resolution)

144Hz means 144 Hertz. Which is the refresh rate of the monitor. So it may refresh 144 times every second. so having 144 FPS on a 144Hz monitor is really awesome.
