How to leave a compelled intranet network we didn't join?

I have 0 control on my computers. i belong to a system 32 like a prisoner. my keyboard can unrecognise the pc, the microsoft software was deleted, no privacy with ID, etc. I am just a housewife. Can anyone give me a hand to guide me how to get away from my hijackers, please? For example, how do I changed the BIOS? How do I become the real admin since the router is physically in my residence?

i just looked into my account setting whose profile was only created 10 minutes ago. i signed up using my FB. I thought the password for this account is that for my FB. But it differs. I don't know the password of this forum already. thank u for your message. can i say so it's ok to help people and guide them through to join victims in their intranet but it's against the laws in the society to help victims when the police don't know what to do either ? I OWN my router, my mobile router, even my landline. But they have all been hijacked. By the way, this laptop is fully securied by Trend Micro so are the others by AVG or Bullguard. My mirror admin friends use high antivirus softwares and loved me to purchase them too. Because the next thing is they become theirs...
