I recently moved to a new apartment and was very excited to get my PC up and running again. However when I booted the monitor wasn't receiving signal. After some basic troubleshooting (trying new chord, holding power button for 60 seconds) I installed a new powersupply. The computer booted up and I got signal to the monitor but windows failed to boot. It restart and I launched startup repair only to receive the blue screen. Now I am back to square one and the monitor will not show anything. My mouse comes on but my keyboard does not if that helps at all. I have repeated everything, changed the power supply and tried removing the guy and running on on board graphics to no avail. Any ideas?

Check over your entire PC for any loose connections (PSU side too if modular). If all connections are good and snug, try resetting your CMOS clock

Hello. I have already removed my CMOS battery for the night and tried again, to no avail. I noticed something however, my keyboard came on, but not the monitor. However on reboot my keyboard no longer works. I have stripped down to motherboard, CPU AND 1 HDD. Nothing. Maybe a bad mobo? I'll go through and try to reconnect all of the power cables again.
