Hey All!

I'm going to start a business which primarily sells office/school merchandise along with an internet cafe and i've been looking for some components for days now and i also went to some shops to ask advice already and this is what i came up with.

AMD A8 6600k 3.9Ghz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
MSI Radeon R7 250x 2GB DDR5
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Kingston Hyper X Fury 8GB(2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz
Gigabyte IF133

my budget will be $400-$444/each build(without monitors, mice, keyboards, etc). i think i'm all set with everything else except the graphics card, memory and power supply.

For the graphics card: First, i'm not going to use the igpu in the 6600k so i'm getting a dedicated card instead but i'm torn between the XFX & MSI versions of the R7 250x(2GB DDR5 of course and i don't think i can use crossfire with the apu because the gpu i chose is a basically a 7770). Which one do you think is better? Notice that i did not include the Asus version because it's more expensive and since i'm from the philippines, prices sometimes go $10-$15 higher than US rates. Take note that i'm not going to overclock this build(both gpu & cpu) so can i play bf3, bf4, gta iv, gta v, watchdogs, far cry, borderlands, devil may cry, skyrim, metro:last light, assasin's creed series, the sims 3/4 with this build smoothly on high to ultra settings?

For the memory: Corsair & G Skills are expensive than this brand here in my country and I don't know if i can find a Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB(2x4GB) around here so is my memory choice alright?

For the power suppy, i'm thinking of getting a Corsair 430M if there's available here. Is that enough to power up my build and enough to take power surges in case of emergency? or should i go to 500-600w(with 80+ Bronze of course)?

if youre going to ask me, my ideal build should be a quad core 3.3ghz(minimum) processor, 8gb's of ram and 2gb ddr5 gpu for $400-$444 that's why i came up with that build.

I hope i made myself clear to you guys and i hope you can help me choose.

thanks! :D

yeah, i know your point but other AMD quad core cpu's are rare around in the country where i am. i can't even find the athlon x4 760k(which was the first choice since i'm going to use a dedicated card and same with the 860k if they are available everywhere) that just came out last year. all i see everywhere are those AMD APUs.
