the asrock is a bit cheaper but it looks like the msi mobo has more features and i will pay for that but i need more opinions please help?

No of SATA 3.0: Asrock-8, MSI-6

so i think you better stick with Asrock

I would take the ASRock just over it's form factor size alone, ATX vs Micro ATX.

For later on if you ever decide to get two cards it would be beneficial, as you can have greater spacing between the cards rather then a hairline.

As far as features go, The ASRock has plenty of what you need, more then you'll probably ever need.

Reworked capacitors are also much better then those you'll get on the MSI.

12 phase CPU power design which is prime for Haswell overclocking.

is msi's drivers and utilities better than asrrock's for example overclocking programs because it seems like msi's is better
