On Sep. 29th, I downloaded the newest driver from NVIDIA (Version 344.11, released 9/18). Almost immediately after, I started experiencing a very weird graphics glitch mainly in my browser (Chrome, Firefox, and IE) where a random square of my screen will flash across the rest of the screen. It happens extremely fast, so this is the best screenshot I could get of it.

This continues until my screen goes black and I get a notification that my graphic card's drivers have crashed and recovered. I am also unable to play any games (Guild Wars 2, League of Legends, Final Fantasy 14, and Counterstrike all crash upon opening, followed by the drivers have failed notification). I've confirmed it is my GTX 760 by switching over to my onboard card and not experiencing any problems. I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to figure out what's wrong.

What I've already done:
-Restart
-Preform a clean installation via the NVIDIA GeForce Experience (the 344.11 drivers)
-Preform a rollback using Control Panel > System > Device Manager (340.52, the last stable version I could run, same graphics glitch would happen)
-Download both drivers (344.11 and 340.52) from the NVIDIA website and preforming a clean install independent of the GeForce Experience program.
-Used the program DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to completely remove any trace of the drivers and re-installing the 344.11 and 340.52 drivers.
-Completely removing the card from the mobo and putting it back in. From what I could tell, there was no damage to the card itself.
-Multiple virus scans.

I built this rig back in January. Here's my specs:

According to Speedfan, nothing is/has overheated. Nothing is being overclocked. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

UPDATES: So I tried one more time to completely remove any files with NVIDIA in the name from my computer using DDU and re-install the 340.52 drivers. Over the last 48 hours, I haven't had a problem. Are corrupted driver files a thing? Anyway, it seems to have fixed itself, I'll re-update again if I get brave enough to download the new drivers.

11/26/2014 UPDATE: So today I updated from the 340.52 drivers to the latest 344.75 version, and had the same exact problem. I was able to fix it by again using DDU and reinstalling the 340.52 version. I'm going to contact EVGA after the holidays and see about replacing the card at this point.
