can cheap 450w can handle sapphire raedon hd7770???

Here is my specs
Intel i3 540 3.06 ghz
Intel dh55tc mb
6gb ram
1tb wd hard drive
1dvd rom
And circle 450w psu(cheap one)
My question is i am planning to buy graphics card. can my psu handle sapphire hd 7770???
Cpu max tdp-80
Graphics card max tdp-80
So am i on safe side???
It says 14A on +12 rail (12*14=168) :)

PSU is poor, and not recommended. If budget is really tight you could go to Corsair CX but the above listed power supplies would be my pick. You should never cheap out on a power supply, though people don't really think of it much they can do some serious damage to your system when they blow up, as the cheap ones have poor surge protection and throw ultra high currents straight through your system which components are not designed to handle.

If it really has only 14A for 12V then this 450W sounds like failed estimation. Most of nowadays PSU has all the power almost from 12V rail, meaning if it was really 450W it should have like 35A from that rail.
The bad news is that 12V is also used to power up CPU, mobo and peripherals so in this case 80W (GPU) + 73W (CPU) + ~50W?(other)= 203W
So if its true that it only has 14A... its gonna be impossible.
