We can't really tell GTA 5 requirements yet but this setup is fairly weak. Those games you described would be choking especially due to that 2 core CPU. They might run but would have avg over 30FPS is a real unknown, my guess is no.

As far as we know
that GTA 5 will require dx11 and 4gb ram
your rig is fine but cannot say about the CPU
and also you don't have the TI version of gtx 750
so you might be able to run it with low-med settings

CPU dependent games would suffer FPS loss but graphics dependent games would be fine with your rig

CPU dependent games are quite in numbers most of the games are gpu dependent

For a build this low end, go for AMD. Also, do you need an OS? Lets be honest, you'll be playing nothing on high at $400.

You'll be able to run Metro on low/med if you get a good oc on the gpu. Here are benchmarks for the 260x. If you OC your gpu you should get similar results. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1044

Most games are GPU dependent to a certain degree, but there are limits and that's a weak CPU. You can build an entry-level gaming build, but given your requirements, I fear you would be very unhappy with the results.

bro please see this he has a cpu similar to me and graph lower than mine if he could play fc3 in ultra settings @30 fps then why no for my config by the way fc3 is partly cpu intensive and partly gpu intensive

That's a two-year-old game with lower system requirements than new and upcoming games.

There is a huge difference
watch dogs is a very demanding game in comparison to tomb raider
try to play watch dogs at medium and try to achieve min 30fps

If your budget is less than $7-800, if your sole purpose is for gaming, then maybe consider buying a PS4. Some people might say that the PS4 is weak but TBH the only reason PS4 runs Battlefield 4 at 900p is due to poor coding on DICE's part, AC Unity was dumbed down for parity and then blamed the CPU for the poor resolution (when GPU determines resolution basically), etc. I have one and it's good - a PS4 will outperform a $6-700 PC easily.

nope I mean never
a 700$ build can easily outperform the ps4 easily
The thing is about the ram
the ps4 uses the gddr5 memory which isn't out for pc yet
though a 700$ build can get you min 50 fps with all the games

Um GDDR5 has been out for years on PC. It's just not used heterogenously between the CPU and GPU - that architecture is slated to release in 2016. The PS4's hardware hasn't been tapped out yet, as I said some games have been coded poorly or gimped hence why it only reaches 900p on them (on top of all the optimizing they haven't done). A $700 PC does not let you play 50fps with every game, even in America.

Of course ..... I ve tried cod ghost and blacklist both are equally demanding games like watch dogs b both worked at 30 fps but cod had a minimum record of 19 but constantly above 27 at high settings

nope
cod ghost and blacklist are not that demanding
even a igpu like hd 4600 can handle the cod ghost at 1080p with low settings
watch dogs stresses your whole pc including ram ,cpu and gpu
4 gigs of ram and 1 gb gpu can never play watch dogs at high
when you play watch dogs and point the settings on med its states that required vram is 2GB
try playing WATCH DOGS at high
it will lag heavily

Well no, VRAM is just as important as the GPU.
